All Pro All Services (APAS), LLC established in 2010 provides various services to government and commercial clients of all sizes.  APAS currently provides student transportation services for the Office of the State Superintendent of Education and the DC Department of For-Hire Vehicles.  Our Drivers and Transportation Assistants undergo FBI Background Checks, and random drug testing and are CPR-certified.  We understand the importance of the precious cargo we transport and regard safety as the number one priority.
