APAS currently provides student transportation services for the Office of the State Superintendent of Education and the DC Department of For-Hire Vehicles. Our Drivers and Transportation Assistants undergo FBI Background Checks, and random drug testing and are CPR-certified. We understand the importance of the precious cargo we transport and regard safety as the number one priority.
